Nyali Beach: kite spot summary
Just north of Mombasa airport, Nyali is very well connected and can serve as a base during your stay, or as a starting point for your road trip. It will not be difficult to find a hotel there.
Like most spots in Kenya, Nyali is located on a large beach with white sand and offers versatile sailing conditions with flat water at low tide, choppy water at high tide, and waves on the reef that protects the lagoon.
The beach is very large but narrows significantly at high tide.
You will find a more laid-back atmosphere in Nyali, with kite centers and music on the spot.
