Anakao: kite spot summary
The kite spot of Anakao is located in the Southwest of the island of Madagascar, a 1-hour boat ride from Tulean (or 8 hours by jeep).
There are several nearby spots:
– Lagoon: a turquoise water lagoon ideal for beginners or freestyle
– Flamebowls: a good wave spot
– Jelly Babies: a pretty sharp wave spot (reef showing)
It is possible to go on great excursions from Anakao, especially to Nosy Satrana Island (10km to the south).
