From July to December, you’ll enjoy exceptional conditions: a large flatwater lagoon where you can stand everywhere — perfect for learning and progressing safely — as well as a beautiful freeride spot for sea sessions.
Combined with comfortable and friendly accommodation in a charming tropical pousada with a pool and ocean view typical of Ceará, you’ll have the chance to discover our stunning region while kiting every day.
Who will take care of you ?
Kite On is Virginie’s school in Lagoinha. She warmly welcomes you to her spot, still largely unknown to the general public despite its exceptional quality. Virginie knows the area inside out and will help you organize everything once you’re there.
Choosing Kite On to learn kitesurfing means choosing a small, personalized school where you can progress safely and confidently.
What awaits you
In Lagoinha, the wind is guaranteed: we have 17 to 25 knots every day from July to December, all day long.
In short, the perfect conditions to safely discover the sport (we are an IKO certified school) for beginners, or to enjoy endless fun for more advanced riders.
In the morning, head to the lagoon by quad or buggy to start a great kiting day. On site, you’ll find a lovely restaurant facing the spot and all the facilities you need to relax between sessions and recharge your batteries for your afternoon ride — or for other activities (windsurfing, stand-up paddle, dune tours, capoeira, etc.).
In the evening, enjoy the perfect combo: hammock, pool, grilled fish, and caipirinhas at your fully-equipped pousada or one of the many village restaurants — getting ready for another perfect day on the water. In Ceará, the wind blows every single day!
Accomodation
We mainly work with two pousadas that we’ve carefully selected for their excellent value for money and their warm, welcoming atmosphere. Both are located on the heights, right in the heart of the village, just a 5-minute walk from the beach:

Pousada Rosa dos Ventos: charming bungalows with tasteful decor set in a large tropical garden with a beautiful pool. A generous all-you-can-eat breakfast is included. Double rooms start from €61 per night.

Pousada do Sol: a cozy two-story house with a beautiful pool offering stunning views over the Lagoinha bay. Excellent all-you-can-eat breakfasts are included. Double rooms start from €53 per night.
Other options are also available for smaller budgets.
