Parajuru: kite spot summary
The Parajuru spot is a nearly closed lagoon on the sea. The water is flat at low tide, allowing for freestyle in complete freedom and also for beginners or intermediates to practice safely. There are few people because there are few accommodations on the spot, and the boards come back to the shore on their own, you can stand and the water is warm.
Beyond the lagoon, there are waves which also allow for fun strapless riding. At high tide, the lagoon fills up with a small chop, but there is still the river arm for completely flat water. In short, it is suitable for all levels and styles of kitesurfing.
The highlights of this destination: A wild beach with few people on the water, a kite club that ensures safety, boards that come back to the shore, shallow water everywhere, and warm water. Not too far from Fortaleza but far enough to find peace and safety.
