Viana do Castelo: kite spot summary
Viana do Castelo is a rather lively town, at the mouth of the Lima River. This town is located in the north of Portugal, easily accessible by car from Porto. There are many restaurants to go out in the evening, an old town with cute pedestrian streets, and a nice high viewpoint.
For kite spots, you will have to cross the river to find large beaches with golden sand, bordered by beautiful dunes.
