Your adventure in a glimpse
Near Icarai, Patos is one of the many kitesurf spots in the Brazilian Northeast. It is easily accessible by car from Fortaleza or the other spots.
Arriving in Patos, you will have the joy of discovering an authentic and well-preserved spot! This is the little piece of paradise on which Olivier built his pousada in 2017. You will be welcomed by him, who saw the potential of the Patos spot, which has many advantages for learning kitesurfing.
Within his villa, you will enjoy many social spaces: a bar, a lounge area, a restaurant. Ideal for meeting other kite enthusiasts, and for tasting good local dishes, this is where you will spend most of your time (after the kite spots of course).
With the wind only picking up from the early afternoon, you will have your whole morning to start your day very calmly, between breakfast, and rest in the hammock on the small terrace of your room. From noon, you will feel the wind strengthen along with the excitement of the villa, with all the kiters getting ready for their session of the day.
Olivier, a certified IKO instructor, will take you to the spot for your kite lessons.
Learning kitesurfing according to IKO standards is very methodical and ensures progress towards autonomy in complete safety.
First, you will learn the theory about the equipment, the wind, and safety. Then you will start handling a kite, before learning to control its power with exercises in towed swimming. Once you are comfortable with this last exercise, you can finally put your board on your feet and enjoy the feeling of gliding.
Be careful, once you reach the final step, you will only want to start over!

In addition, the rooms at the Villa are comfortable with their hammock and private bathroom. They guarantee you restful nights after all your day’s exploits.

The goal is that beyond a sports stay that will bring you progress in kitesurfing, you will live a human experience.
Accomodation
Villa Aloha offers accommodation in single, double, or triple rooms, with prices ranging from 290R$ to 440R$ per night. Kitesurfing lessons are also available for groups of up to 3 people at a price of 200R$ per hour per person. A 7-night stay with 10 hours of kitesurfing lessons in a triple room costs 3022R$ per person.
Price formulas
A stay at Villa Aloha is à la carte. You choose your length of stay, the number of hours of kitesurfing lessons you need, and you’re good to go! However, you can choose between several options depending on the size of your group:
- Single room: 290R$/night
- Double room: 380R$/night
- Triple room: 440R$/night
Kite lessons are possible for groups of up to 3 people at a price of 200R$/h/pers. Thus, a 7-night stay with 10 hours of kitesurfing lessons in a triple room costs 3022R$/pers (approximately 500€).
