Your adventure in a glimpse
The Stagnone is a large shallow water lagoon, ideal for learning kiteboarding. Kitelab is a well-established French-speaking school that has always maintained its family atmosphere.
You will be welcomed by César’s team to learn kiteboarding, or to continue your learning with lessons adapted to your level.
Since the wind only picks up with the thermals from noon, you will generally have your lessons in the early afternoon.
You will start with a theoretical session on equipment, safety, and wind, before handling a kite for the first time to understand how to control it.
The next step is power control. You will learn to swim with your kite, control the power, and retrieve your board on your own. These are essential steps to become independent in kitesurfing.
Finally, you will start your first water starts, experience your first gliding sensations, and your first falls.
Gradually, you will cover longer distances and learn how to sail upwind. The instructors at KiteLab, all IKO certified, will guide you step by step through this adventure of passionate kiteboarders.

Price formulas
Kitelab offers private kitesurfing lessons for those who want the full attention of an instructor to progress more quickly: €65/h for the first 4 hours, and €55/h afterwards. The other option is the semi-private lesson, to learn as a couple or with a friend, for more friendly sessions: €50/h for the first 4 hours, and €50/h afterwards.
