Deletion After 3 Years of Inactivity

For security reasons, if a User does not log in for three years, an email notification will be sent, after which data will be deleted from our databases.

Users can delete their account at any time by requesting it from the Publisher or through the account settings menu.

Deletion Due to Privacy Policy Violation

In case of violation of this Privacy Policy, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to services, accounts, and the Site without prior notice.

16- Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Application of French Law (CNIL Regulations)

This Privacy Policy is governed by French law, particularly Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978.

If you are a consumer, you may bring legal action in France or your country of residence within the EU. If you are a professional, all legal actions must be taken in France.

In case of disputes, both parties will seek an amicable resolution before legal action. If no agreement is reached, disputes regarding this Privacy Policy will be handled by French courts.
